We offer free shipping on purchases over €70. We strive to deliver ordered products to the customer as quickly as possible. Normally, the delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Posti delivery methods

Pickup from a parcel machine

  • Pick up your ordered products from your nearest Posti parcel terminal. You will receive a text message that your shipment has arrived. Parcels are stored for 7 days.
  • If the package exceeds the dimensions suitable for the parcel machine or the parcel machine is full, the package will be directed to the nearest Posti pickup point. Maximum package dimensions 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm, maximum weight 35 kg.
  • Delivery time 1–5 business days.

Pick-up from a post office

  • Pick up your ordered products from your nearest Posti pickup point. You will receive a text message that your shipment has arrived.
  • Delivery time 1–5 business days

Please also note that not claiming a package at a Posti office or at a Posti parcel machine is not the same as a customer return or cancellation. A handling fee of €15 will be charged for any package left unclaimed within the retention period specified by Posti and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.

  • Delivery time varies between 7-14 days, products leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of your order.

  • We will track the progress of your delivery and provide you with information about it if you wish.

  • If the product is damaged or if it is defective, please notify info@bestbuddy.fi and we will investigate the matter and, if necessary, replace the defective product.

  • We will collect your order from the agreed pick-up point within the specified time, otherwise it will be destroyed by Matkahuolto or Posti, and the original payment for the order cannot be refunded because our warehouse is not located in Finland. This is because Posti or Matkahuolto cannot return orders to our warehouse, which is not located in Finland. Returns and re-deliveries incur significant costs for us, which we cannot cover for uncollected orders.

    If you purchase and later decide to return the products, we will refund the price of the products but the shipping costs will not be refunded. So please consider carefully that the product is right for you to avoid unnecessary returns.
